The language offers the possibility of describing a design at the register-transfer level (RTL) at various degrees of precision. The innovation is a high resolution SPR-imager that allows for simultaneous detection of hundreds of biomolecular interactions on a single sensor surface. One can see really in real-time ‘what’s going on’! Like a microscope one can view images of the entire sensor surface. Inspection of a microarray which is spotted on the sensor surface can be carried out instantly. A liquid handling system connected to a flow-cell is used to automate injections of many samples from 96 well microtiter plates.
